Two day later service in busy season! Greg was friendly but professional, answered all my questions, dusted and sprayed ground nest. Sprayed and knocked down 2 nests under eaves. Said it would take up to 5 days for yellowjackets to disappear. They have already disappeared and I can harvest my tomatoes. I highly recommend this company.

We have used A&A Pest Control for our home for 4 years. We love them! Chris was just here to do our regular pest maintenance on the outside of the home (spray treatment and bait stations). He rang the doorbell to inquire if there was anything we needed addressed on the inside while he was here. He was polite, knowledgeable and thorough. I can't say enough good things about Jed, A&A Pest Control Technician. He was extremely knowledgeable , explained things clearly, and even caught a roof rat under my house! It was astonishing. He found it hiding and kept at it until he got it out. He took his time inspecting the premises and found the entry point and patched the holes the rats had chewed. I learned a lot and am confident he solved my problems with his expertise. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

I found termites while working on my kitchen and was referred to A&A Pest Control by a neighbor. Jed came, did an inspection, and found a significant infestation. He also noted that we had carpenter ants as well. Jed explained what they would need to do for mitigation and how it worked. I scheduled a service, and he texted the day before to confirm. Jed and Devan showed up right on time, explained what they would be doing and answered my questions. They were here all day and were very pleasant to have around. At the end they had cleaned everything up, they went over what they did, and answered my additional questions. I would give 10 stars if that was possible, and I will definitely recommend A&A Pest Control to others. Thank you, thank you!

A&A Pest Control is great to work with. They have helped us eradicate ants from our home, and rats/mice from our garage. We have been using them for maintenance for a year. I feel blessed that your employee Jed came to my aid yesterday. I called A&A for a 2nd opinion after feeling suspicious concerning a previous visit from another pest control company. I retired from a company that put much importance into excellent customer service. Jed provided excellent customer service. He was very thorough in his investigation of my house's crawl space. He brought me similar evidence to that of the 1st company. But he looked long enough to comfort me that the evidence was only from minimal past insect damage and not any extensive current or recent damage. He assured me that no treatment was necessary at all whereas the previous company had explained that extensive and very costly treatment was necessary including annual treatment. I am about to sell my home. The previous company's diagnoses could have greatly damaged my ability to sell my home. Plus, Jed did a very thorough search for ant infestation elsewhere on my property (which is why I initially called for pest control) and discovered clear evidence of current carpenter ant activity. I am an elderly, single female and have been taken advantage of by unscrupulous companies. This makes me even more appreciative of a company like yours that has obvious integrity in practices and employee character. Thank you very much! John was so polite and informative! He had a large amount of knowledge about what was going on with a few carpenter ants we spotted and eased our minds that we don’t have an infestation. I was especially impressed with Jennifer who set up the appointment and then followed up with me to be sure the ants had not returned. I appreciated her response to me when the ants returned about a week later. She explained why that wasn't so unusual and requested I wait a couple of more days to let her know how it was going. She followed up a few days later by phone and an email to be sure I was completely satisfied with their service. Sure enough, within two days the ants were gone. It has been three weeks and there isn't an ant in sight. I also like that this company has a 30 day guarantee.

Very good service with A&A Pest control. I had this referral from our neighbor, who is already using their service for many years and very enthusiastic. And I totally had that same experience. Very nice and friendly contact with Janelle from the office. I had Jed on the phone and by text who is performing on our location. We have troubles with some carpenters ants. Jed is very friendly, good in communication about his schedule and his arrival. They looked for a date was convenient for us. Jed is very thorough on the job (directly found the nest), dif the treatment and informed how to act aftereards for best results. We got good feedback if his work and he directly scared the ants away. we didn’t see them back :)We had to stay out of the house, but was comfortable by this reliable company. I would definitely recommend.I don’t hope to use them soon (but that has to do with not having the ants back and not because of the friendly and good service of A&A and the team. Thank you for your help, flexibility and good service.

We have used A&A Pest for over 5 years across multiple properties, everything from our home to a small cabin court motel to a seafood processing facility. We reliably get the same amazing technician, Jed!
