I have used A&A Pest Control for my problem with carpenter ants on my property. I have really had a great experience with them. They have taken care of the issue through two seasons of the problem and they guarantee their work!

JED is my technician, and I have to say, that he has been on time, responsive, considerate, and super friendly and professional. He is very knowledgeable and explained all of the details, and what the process will involve. I really appreciate service at this level. A&A is great, but our techs level of care, consideration, and overall customer service is well above 5 stars, yes well above 5 stars. Our tech is Devan and I'm sure all the techs are just as awesome but if you get Devan as your tech you not only will you get extra level of outstanding customer service. Devan knows his stuff, is super approachable, respectful, communicates well, and listens even better. When you interact with him you know your truly being taken care of and don't even need to doubt his work quality.

Had a technician come out to give me an assessment of my rodent issue. Was very honest . Did not charge me for the evaluation. Very good and honest. Will most definitely use them if issue not fixed on my own. Will use there services anytime if issue continues. Thanks again to your team!!

At my home we had a rather large wasp hive in Astoria. A&A responded immediately and addressed the issue. Jed was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He took care of it and put our minds at ease! Another example of this company’s professionalism, Jed’s supervisor showed up, just to say hello and make sure everyone was ok! Now that’s professionalism and standards! These people really do care and I will “care” too when calling them back if I need them! Thank you! Oh! And the price was very reasonable!

I emailed A&A about a rodent problem at my rental unit. I was headed out of town and emailed them after hours asking if they would contact my tenant to setup a time to stop by. I wasn't able to speak to them on the phone because I was out of service so I was worried there would be some confusion but when I got back to town I received a voicemail from their technician saying that he had been to the property and investigated the problem. He told me that there were just some entry access points that needed to be plugged and provided a rodent trap free of charge. He said that should solve the problem and there were no further charges. If I have any further pest issues I'll definitely be calling A&A and I'll be glad to pay for their services in the future.

Jorge, our technician was great, very knowledgeable, careful and encouraging. He clearly enjoys helping folks and see his job as an enjoyable challenge. (I am glad someone loves doing this!) Turned out we had 7 rats in our overstuffed basement! Took several weeks to catch all the smart ones, but I appreciated that I could get just the services I needed, without a contract, and try trapping, not bait first. Other company wanted to bait first, and charge me a contract of $800. Would highly recommend to anyone.

During renovation in our newly purchased home a rat must of snuck inside! Caused quite a bit of trouble in the house keeping us up at night and eventually making his way into our living room before nesting in the bottom of our fridge. A&A Assigned Russell to our account and we were SO happy they did. Russell was incredibly knowledgeable about rodent prevention and set traps around our home. We caught the pesky rat in less than two weeks and can now sleep soundly. Thank you, Russell! 🙂

Ask Keke, we had a ninja rat at my apartment! I couldn’t thank him enough for getting this rat! I’m sure that it was in my apartment for more than 2 months, and during its stay it got domesticated hella smart and learned my routine not for the life of me could I trap this rat! Keke came out and reassured all my anxiety behind my child and rats! In his first trip he heard the rat! He placed traps, 4 days later after not having took the bait Keke came back and seen him hiding under the dishwasher! Keke was so determined to get the rat, he stayed to catch it!He moved the appliances in my apartment, including the stove where the rat burrowed in! Keke took the stove out and removed the backing to eventually (not even an hr total) get the rat out!

Very friendly service tech! Always nice to work with A&A out here at the coast. I've recommended them to numerous friends and family over the years. I've had them out for residential and commercial problems alike and they are always helpful and friendly.

It's hard to believe we've used AA for almost ten years on our Oregon Coast home. They always do an excellent job and communicate clearly on what they've done and what's needed. They're also flexible on plans and the one or two times we've been late on payments they haven't hounded us. Good folk.

In addition to reliable treatment, technician checks on beach house and advises us of any concerns. On one occasion advised of frozen pipe and shut off water to prevent damage.

I can call them before treatment time and request special sites to be looked at. Everyone I've had contact with has been fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable about their system.

Jeff is our current technician. Always great and friendly. Calls the day before to remind us he's coming. If we do have any specific pest problems outside the usual ants etc., he is always willing to go the extra mile and address them. Have had A & A for many years and prefer to use a local company over a big chain.

I like that they are environmentally conscious. I was always able to speak with a live person for information, and about what to expect from the treatment(s). The cost has been reasonable, the office staff and service technicians are always courteous and professional, knowledgeable yet genuine, a characteristic often missing with service companies. The infestation was severe, but with time and follow up treatments, I am very pleased. I will absolutely recommend this company!
