Jed was kind, thorough, and helpful through the whole inspection. I appreciate him making last minute accommodations when I wasn't sure what to do with our pet during the timeframe, and he even gave us a courtesy text to let us know when would be okay to come home. They've been doing a great job with our service and we've had no problems. Our technician John N. always tries to check personally to see if we have questions or concerns.

Regular exterior spraying for seasonal insects and annual crawlspace review. John N is the person who services my home every quarter. He is timely, knowledgeable and easy to work with. If I have a concern he will look into it or advise me of what needs to be done.

I’ve used A&A Pest Control, literally, for decades. Always courteous, prompt, and effective. Ritchie came out today because of a sugar ant problem—I have full confidence that they (the ants) have been taken care of with no harm to my pets. Great company!

Have had quarterly service at 2 homes in Salem and Hillsboro for several years. Richie Bryant is my technician. Their service is reasonably priced, and their techs are always ready to answer questions and follow through with any pest issues. Can't foresee changing to any other provider. I am a very satisfied customer.

My landlords provide this service. We had been woken a few times after we adked for no contact (shift hours) but only asked him once, never wakes us,even the dogs sleep thru,very appreciated:) Chris S is our guy!
